“Form”: means the form available on the Website, intended for the submission, by the User, of new work requests to Tátil, or for the User to request more information about Tátil’s services. By filling out the Form, the User provides certain Personal Data;
“LGPD”: means the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018);
“Participant(s)”: means Users and Visitors, when referred to jointly and indistinctly;

“Tátil”: means Borogodó Design LTDA., registered under CNPJ/ME No. 12.390.771/0001-11, headquartered at Estrada da Gávea, 712, Room 101, Store E, São Conrado, ZIP Code 22610-002, Rio de Janeiro/RJ;
“T&Cs”: means the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website;
“Data Subject(s)”: means the natural person to whom the Personal Data being processed refers;
“Processing”: means any operation performed with Personal Data, such as collection, production, receipt, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, filing, storage, deletion, evaluation, or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination, or extraction;
“User(s)”: means any natural person over 18 (eighteen) years of age who has completed the Form;
“Visitor(s)”: means any natural person over 18 (eighteen) years of age who only accesses the Website without filling out the Form.

2.1. Completion of the Form for submission of new work requests
When a User fills out the Form on the Website, we collect certain data (including the User’s Personal Data), namely:
 a. Full name;
 b. Email;
 c. Phone number;
 d. State (UF);
 e. Job title;
 f. Company.
The Form also includes a field for describing the User’s work request (“message”), where the User can provide details of the scope. If the User voluntarily provides unsolicited Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data, Tátil will process such data in accordance with the LGPD and this Policy.
The User may only share their own Personal Data, unless third-party consent has been obtained, in accordance with the LGPD.
Users may also upload files when filling out the Form. If such files contain Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data not requested by Tátil, whether of the User or third parties, the User consents to the Processing of such data by Tátil and shall be responsible for any third-party data shared.

The Website is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. Anyone under 18 must not provide Personal Data, Sensitive Personal Data, or any other personal information. Tátil does not intentionally process the information of individuals under 18.
