Job Summary

Split: 80% hands-on:Craft / 20% management

Lead end-to-end engagement with high profile clients to deliver award winning creative websites and apps. This is a role for a seasoned product designer that thrives and enjoys hands-on design work, having full ownership of the work, managing full projects and other cross-functional professionals.

Ideal candidates should have around 10 years of experience, and have worked with large scale clients, supporting or leading delivery of complex projects.

Lead Customer Engagement

Lead and develop relationship with stakeholders

Excellent communication skills
Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Documentation and technical specification for developers
Full understanding of digital product development process (strategy, design, dev, QA, shipping)
