Brazilian-Swiss and born in Rio, Pedro Medicis is a trained advertiser with postgraduate studies in Management from FGV and Financial Decision Making from Babson College. He brings more than 20 years of experience in business development, marketing and branding, and has founded and operated companies in solar energy, fintech and biocosmetics, establishing himself as an entrepreneur and venture builder. He was CEO of Riô Biocosméticos and had already been part of Tátil between 2010 and 2015, leading the business area.
In 2023, he returned as partner and president, representing the search fund Paradigma Ventures, of which he is Managing Partner. Leading the mission of taking Tátil to its next level and building its next 35 years in partnership with the entire team, he structures this transformation around four fronts: governance, digital transformation, new verticals, and international expansion.
