Context & Challenges

In the Amazon, the first tree to sprout after a fire is the tukumã. Resilient and courageous, this native palm tree of the forest produces fruits and straw that are traded and harvested by forest communities, especially by the hands of women.

We aim to convey the message of tukumã regeneration in the forest and on the skin—through special packaging, printed and digital communication materials, and in a pioneering scenography concept for the brand, all while representing and celebrating the work of over 289 families involved in fruit harvesting. For this challenge, we relied on the enchanting perspective of the artist Winny Tapajós, who played a crucial role in producing a relevant and authentic piece of work, reinforcing the project's concept.
