Context & Challenges

Trillia was born from the merger of five companies into a new business dedicated to data intelligence. In a market where the discourse around data has become standard, the move was not simply about consolidating operations, but about clearly defining what this new company would actually deliver to the market.


We were invited to structure the business from the ground up — from strategic diagnosis to naming, from verbal and visual identity to the go-to-market plan. More than launching a company, the task was to organize a positioning capable of sustaining complex decision-making at scale.
