Throughout our evolutionary journey, we have forged paths stemming from our need to build ourselves as individuals. In this process, we end up following a trail that narrows ever further towards individualism. We fragment knowledge in an attempt to gain depth and lose important connections between people and ideas.

The vocation to collaborate is what makes us Homo sapiens and sets us apart from other species. Through the evolutionary process, we mature and look at our learning as ways to create more just and equitable futures. It is necessary to bring the pieces together, create bridges that connect and seek diverse paths that think about and solve complex world problems.

Tânia Savaget has worked for over 20 years in brand and culture management, design, innovation, narrative creation, and communication plan development.

She was a partner at Tátil Design for 15 years, responsible for the Strategy and Content area, developing projects for Coca-Cola, TIM, Natura, Rio 2016, Cosan, JGP, Machado Meyer, Grupo RD, Unimed, among others. She was a Content Consultant for the Rio 2016 Paralympic Ceremonies. She is a Design Thinking specialist and a professor of Branding and Corporate Culture at ESPM and Descola.
