We announce our partnership program and expand the ownership structure with seven names from leadership: Juliana Barreto, Amanda Gebara, Cris Gonçalo, Beto Biscesto, Leo Lopes, Julia Liberati, and Renata Costa. They join partners Pedro Medicis, Fred Gelli, Ulli Ferrari, Felipe Aguiar, and Tiago Fernandes. The model reduces hierarchies, speeds up decisions in the markets where we operate, such as Brazil, the United States, and Europe, and structures our succession plan. The program is continuous, with new cohorts in the coming years.
